Merge EffectWindowImpl with EffectWindow

Vlad Zahorodnii requested to merge work/zzag/effect-window-impl into master

The indirection no longer required because libkwineffects has been merged with libkwin. EffectWindow will be eventually dropped in favor of apis provided by Window and WindowItem.
