Set setMoveResize(true) only after stopping fullscreen and quick tiling
This fixes the bug mentioned but also one of my own: When resizing a maximized window (from the top or the side, in a multi-monitor configuration) KWin aborted. Edit: 428562 was basically the latter but with touch. Also fixed by this.
