Add configurable pen pressure

This is the necessary KWin changes for plasma-desktop!1972 (merged) which is configurable pen pressure. This uses a Bézier curve with two configurable points and two fixed points (0,0 and 1,1.)

I put the class into utils/ I'm not sure a better place to put it, feel free to review!
