Revert "opengl/openglcontext: require support for RGBA16F framebuffers"

This reverts commit a89d1f80. Apparently lima does not support the extension :|

We'll have to find out what that means for doing color management on these devices... but for now, just revert the requirement so that KWin doesn't fall back to llvmpipe
