kconf_update: Drop kwin-6.0-overview-activities-shortcuts script

Vlad Zahorodnii requested to merge work/zzag/overview-kconf-update into master

There are a few issues:

  • it's incompatible with Version 6 format
  • activity shortcuts cannot be changed in kwin
  • overview shortcuts don't need to be touched
