consistent behavior on middle click by mouse on titlebar

Changes the default behavior of middle click by mouse on title bar from nothing to closing window, which is the default behavior in some other parts of plasma for example, tabs in dolphin close on middle click. This pr would help the consistency goal of Plasma by setting expected defaults.
