Window: Rearrange handleInteractiveMoveResize (from !4302)

Ser Freeman requested to merge sf/kwin:rearrange-handle-interactive-move-resize into master

Calculate the next geometry without actually moving a window. This prevents one of the visual issues when restoring a maximized window by dragging.
