plugins/overview: Desktop grid selection was hardly visible thus made it ticker, for hover use hoverColor instead of focusColor, switch thickness of hover and selected as is elsewhere in plasma - selection is more pronounced then hover.

Before: kde_kwin_desktop_grid_selection_too_thin kde_kwin_desktop_grid_selection_rect_is_to_tiny

After: kde_kwin_desktop_grid_selection_made_thicker
