Draft: watchdog: bark as soon as the system wakes up

It makes sure that we don't miss the mark and time out.

I'd seen it crash when opening and I saw it was because systemd killed it by watchdog timeout so I assume it's what happened.

Not so sure it's necessary, I am running now without this patch and I'm not seeing explosions. Marking as draft, I'll keep an eye on it.
