Draft: buttonrebinds: Allow to rebind keyboard events

Marked as draft because I'm not sure we can get a useful behaviour: I wanted to be able to do Ctrl+Shift+Right -> Home. What I get is apps seeing it as Ctrl+Shift+Home. I wonder if we should momentarily switch the modifiers, what do you think?
