fix vertically maximized windows being misplaced
commit 1 fixes the placement tracker not placing vertically or horizontally maximized windows back to their original position
commit 2 fixes vertically or horizontally maximized windows not being properly moved to the remaining screen, if the one they were on was disabled / removed
