Rewrote Task Switcher help to describe all options and how they work in detail.

Clarified the various options that are available for Task Switcher configuration, and added some keywords. Unsure if I should change the 'Author' header information - please let me know if I should add my name, replace the original author's name with my name, or do nothing. I did update the kde version number. Compiles locally using meinproc5 and checkXML5 with no errors. Unable to compile locally using the kde-chunk-online.xsl stylesheet, but I believe all the entities are correct and therefore should properly display.
