Add "Disable extended blur" option for the blur effect
The option allows to disable the "extended blur". "Extended Blur" blurs even what is outside of the panel's blur for a smooth transition. Not everyone likes it, so would like to have an option to disable it. Also, disabling "extended blur" avoids some bugs.
