wayland/xx colormanagement: remove untested TFs, support more named primaries

Commit 1 removes support for ext_srgb and rec.709, because I'm not sure we handle them correctly. They can be added back when we have tests for this stuff - either automatic ones, or at least a test client

Commit 2 adds all the named primaries from the protocol that we didn't have before
