workspace: add idle inhibitor for when a projector is connected

Xaver Hugl requested to merge work/zamundaaa/projector-inhibit into master

This way, screen dimming and dpms is automatically suppressed when a projector is connected. In the case that a display is wrongly detected as a projector, users can still block the inhibition in the power management applet
