platforms/drm: Add support for setting overscan
Depends on kwayland-server!224 (merged), libraries/plasma-wayland-protocols!13 (merged), https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kwayland/-/merge_requests/30, libkscreen!21 (merged) and kscreen!24 (merged)
Only the "overscan" property is supported right now, "underscan" and co are sadly not really standardized.
