Window title hack for OSD windows in kwin_wayland
Due to timing issue (the plasma shell surface interface being known to kwin only too late), we're setting a special title to the OSD windows. This way kwin can pick that up and mark the window type properly. Especially important for window rules and placement processing which take the wrong decision otherwise.
