Expose application ID to TabBoxClient

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/kwin:expose-applicationid-to-tabbox-client into master

This will allow TabBox visualizations to access information about windows' parent apps, for whatever purposes this may find this to be useful.

First part of an alternative to !897 (closed), ultimately in support of being able to implement kdeplasma-addons!69 (closed).
