Added missing dependency for KDE Neon

When trying to compile from source I got an error on missing Kirigami 2, which was fixed after installing this package: kirigami2-dev

Error string:

CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake-3.16/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:146 (message):
  Could NOT find KF5 (missing: Kirigami2) (found suitable version "5.82.0",
  minimum required is "5.48.0")
