Update default on XwaylandClientsScale to true
The default was changed to true in kscreen!115 (merged), but the default value used in libkscreen wasn't updated accordingly. Since defaults are never written to the configuration files, I was scratching my head over why this option wasn't working until I added xwaylandClientsScale=true in ~/.config/kdeglobals
