Fix missing application icon and title for KSysGuard on X11
Starting in Plasma 5.22, KSysGuard (and the CTRL+ESC popup) didn't show icons and window titles for processes listed within an X11 environment.

I've been testing it on Arch under Plasma 5.23.4 for weeks and confirm this fixes the issue without causing any further problems under X11.
- On Wayland, KSysGuard doesn't seem to support icons/window title, so no change there.
- On X11/Wayland, Plasma System Monitor remains unaffected.
