Drop all widgets related code

Arjen Hiemstra requested to merge work/ahiemstra/dropwidgetstake2 into master

All this was being used by KSysGuard, which has been unmaintained for years and has been replaced by Plasma System Monitor. Since this code is also effectively unmaintained, drop it so we don't have to support this in the Qt 6 lifetime.
