Mark risky KNS content

Nate Graham requested to merge work/ngraham/mark-risky-kns-content into master

By design, System Monitor Faces can run arbitrary code on the system via Javascript and the Plasma excutable data engine. This makes them security-sensitive and risky, so we need to inform the user about it.
