Small layout fixes for several faces

This fixes some smaller issues with layouting things, primarily observed in the system monitor widgets:

• Removes maximum height from Bar chart, it makes no sense.
• Removes left margin from legend so it uses full width again.
• Removes minimum width from LineChart in Line chart so FullRepresentation has full control over it.
