Fix of desktop applets transparency
Fix the transparency of desktop applets when the kwin contrast effect is enabled on both X11 and Wayland.
Fixed rounding errors of the opaque svg background as since now is actually used in the test, it broke it for its imprecise sizing of margin hints
Needs to go together with plasma-workspace!4884 (merged)
