Deprecate PluginLoader::listEngineInfoByCategory

Nicolas Fella requested to merge work/delistcategory into master

It isn't used anywhere.

It is problematic since it returns KPluginInfo. Instead one can use the KPluginMetaData-based method and do the filtering manually
