PC3 SpinBox: improve visuals and behavior, remove drag to change value
Now it uses button graphics when not editable and text field graphics when editable. buttons have separators to show where the clickable areas area. select by mouse is enabled. No longer using text characters for plus and minus. sizing behavior is more correct.
