plasmoidheading: make corners consistent, improve top line color
The corner radii are now the same for both the footer and header. Previously, the header and footer had different radii and the corners weren't perfectly semicircular.
The top line should now be less intense with breeze light, which was a common criticism. With breeze dark, it's now roughly the same as the top line for windows.
