Expose the edit mode to the applets

Tanbir Jishan requested to merge tantalising/plasma-framework:editMode_for_plasmoids into master

Currently plasmoids have to use native interface to access this property. Exposing this property will enable the plasmoid authors to check for edit mode without any kind of c++.
