Expose many properties to Applet

Marco Martin requested to merge work/mart/AppletProperties into master

A plan for Plasma6 is to eventually get rid of AppletInterface/ContainmentInterface and have Applet* be directly the "plasmoid" object (and alongside getting rid of AppletScript). This ports most of the properties already Many remain in form of TODO should require some more api breakage to be properly migrated from AppletInterface to Applet
