Add missing license headers

Noah Davis requested to merge work/ndavis/licenses into master

The SPDX license identifier I'm using is LGPL-2.1-only OR LGPL-3.0-only OR LicenseRef-KDE-Accepted-LGPL. No particular reason, it just seems like it's the normal license for KF5.
