register plasmoid types again

Marco Martin requested to merge work/mart/plasmoidimports into master

those types got lost in the appletscript removal, this is a quick fix

probably they should be registered in plasmacore, but is a bit complicated for now (and plasmoid/containment should be Applet and Containment anyways, so more changes to come)
