Make applet/wallpaper project templates KF5-co-installable

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/namespacetemplates into master
  • changing the bundle names to contain a 6 postfix with base names
  • adding a "(Qt6)" appendix to the display namesFollowing the spirit of kirigami!1079

Tested by building & installing the templates and seeing them listed in kapptemplate.
