Heading porting

ivan tkachenko requested to merge work/ratijas/heading-porting into master

I know this component is probably about to die anyway. But as I outlines on the original porting page plasma-workspace#75 (comment 776399) I'm not entirely sure this was the right step in the first place. For now, let's clean this up regardless.
