Small improvements, update to 0.4.22

Anton Golubev requested to merge golubevan/lightdm-kde-greeter:update-0.4.22 into master

Added two build variables:

  • GREETER_WAYLAND_SESSIONS_FIRST - if enabled, wayland sessions will be at the top in the session selection menu
  • GREETER_DEFAULT_WALLPAPER - path to the background file, which will be used if nothing is specified in the config

And also added a default configuration file.
