Add implimentation to send received STT from KDEConnect Android App to Mycroft
Allows forwarding received Speech To Text contents from KDEConnect Bigscreen Plugin to Mycroft. Connection to mycroft from the KDEConnect indicator is added via a loader so it can silently fail if Mycroft dependency is not satisfied.
