correctly set QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_STYLE and add PLASMA_INTEGRATION_USE_PORTAL

on wayland QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_STYLE envar should be set to org.kde.breeze otherwise we boot to a blank screen as plasmashell is unhappy and add set PLASMA_INTEGRATION_USE_PORTAL=1 the same as plasma mobile does
