Tabs Runner: Use KApplicationTrader::isSubsequence
Makes finding tabs more clever, e.g. when typing "rfc somehing" it would find a tab named "RFC: Add something somewhere"
This thing really should be in KStringHandler ...
I noticed how nice the free text search for history provided by the browser is, so now I wanted something like this for tabs :)
(Technically depends on !21 (merged) because it's all very entangled at this point...)
