Options Page: Force http(s) links to open in new tab
I just noticed Chrome errors out on opening most of the external links we have on the options page (e.g. the "KDE Connect" link).
Just open all of them in a new tab, which we probably want explicitly anyway.
Before I would just get this odd error page
With this page they open in a new tab as expected
Firefox seems to open them all in new tabs anyway. Chrome also used to do that, dunno when that changed or broke...
