[Downloads] Show hint when download is blocked
Prompting the user to accept it from the browser window. Otherwise it would leave you wondering why the download doesn't finish.
Depends on !42 (merged) because only JobTrackerV2 handles infoMessage correctly. In V1 it is incorrectly used for job title, too.
