Keep monitoring player duration when it was rejected once

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/monitorduration into master

Should the player be added with a short sound but then change its duration, we would never consider it a viable player.

  • verified short sounds are still ignored
  • verified long videos are still controlled
  • verified yesterday that this live stream I was watching can be controlled now after a few seconds, sadly, it's not live anymore and was replaced by a YouTube video
