Purpose: Strip URL hash before querying for own tab
tabs.query API does not match URL hashes, breaking the lookup if the viewed website has one.
Noticed while viewing Wayland protocols that I couldn’t share the page because it didn’t have a title:
https://wayland.app/protocols/wayland#wl_display:event:delete_id
Open that link, then right-click on empty area, click "Share".
