Plasma 6 proposal: full window tinting by default for Breeze Light and Breeze Dark color schemes

I'd like to propose using a little tinting and getting the accent color by the wallpaper by default. This results in very visually pleasing colors:

Note that wallpaper (especially the default ones) can manually override the accent color, so we can still decide the accent color ourselves even with this option enabled. We could discuss the amount of tinting we deem appropriate.
