Move Activities kcm > Privacy tab to a dedicated Recent files Kcm
The history is implemented through kactivit* frameworks but their features go beyond activities and are already quite rooted in plasma and applications.
I mean here to better reflect this in UI, making it easier for users to find the settings exposed here. I plan to improve the UI later (move the forget history buttons out of the select box, add more settings, add a file path based blacklist).
I hope @ivan agrees with this change.
