[kcms/keys] Replace "_launch" with user-friendly text

Right now, when you create a global shortcut to launch an app, the title of the shortcut item is "_launch", which is not very user-friendly. This commit replaces that with "Launch Application".

Will this be localized properly? cc @teams/localization
