kcm/keys: Use numeric collator for models

GlobalAccelModel used numeric mode from the start. This model's collator was missing the parameter.

Not actually sure how to to easily test this. I imagine, I'd need to create a new app, or add a bunch of non-global shortcuts to an existing one.
