Port to Qt6/KF6

Dāvis Mosāns requested to merge davism/plasma-desktop:kf6 into master

Port to Qt6/KF6. Needed by plasma-workspace!2610 (closed)

Note that it still doesn't really work. Bunch of stuff needs to be ported to Plasma Components V3.

Also looks like KAccess needs quite a bit of work. I just commented that part out.
