Add the word "Wallpaper" to menu item that lets you change wallpaper

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/plasma-desktop:add-the-word-wallpaper into master

This came up in today's VDG meeting. Apparently some people don't get that configuring your desktop is how you access the wallpaper controls. We can make this more obvious by adding the word "Wallpaper".

Here's the result in conjunction with plasma-workspace!237 (merged)
