Use proper install dir for data files

Nicolas Fella requested to merge work/nico/kcm_data into master

KDE_INSTALL_DATADIR_KF6 doesn't exist, only KDE_INSTALL_DATADIR_KF does

However this is not a framework, so use KDE_INSTALL_DATADIR
