kcms/touchpad&mouse: Reword pointer speed/acceleration settings for simplicity & consistency

Reword for simplicity:

  • Relabel touchpad's "Pointer acceleration" slider to "Pointer speed" for consistency with mouse kcm
  • Remove confusing "profile" naming scheme, simply call the radioboxes "None" and "Standard" for pointer acceleration as suggested by Nate
